When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays; Monday to Friday are shipped the same day via Courier Guy or our preferred couriers. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days for central areas and 2–6 business days for outlying regions within South Africa.
Do you offer free or specialised delivery?
FREE delivery is available for orders over R1,500. Orders below R1500 a flat R120 delivery fee. Bulky items like solar systems, batteries, panels, or inverters require special handling. Delivery for these items can be arranged based on your location—please contact us via phone, email, or the contact form for a personalized quote.
How can I pay for my order?

We offer a 30-day full refund or exchange policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging. While the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, we can arrange courier collection if needed.
