    Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays; Monday to Friday are shipped the same day via Courier Guy or our preferred couriers. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days for central areas and 2–6 business days for outlying regions within South Africa.

    Do you offer free or specialised delivery?

    Free Standard Delivery is available for orders over R1,500. Orders below R1500 a Flat R120 Delivery Fee. Bulky items like solar systems, panels, or products that require special handling. Delivery for these items can be arranged based on your location—please contact us via phone, email, or the contact form for a personalized quote.

    How can I pay for my order?

    We offer multiple secure payment methods through payment gateway of you choice being; PayFast and BobPay as well as EFT. These gateways offer credit/debit cards,  Instant EFT, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, RCS Store Cards and various other methods. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.
