Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays; Monday to Friday are shipped the same day via Courier Guy or our preferred couriers. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days for central areas and 2–6 business days for outlying regions within South Africa.

FREE delivery is available for orders over R3,500. Orders below R3500 a flat R150 delivery fee. Bulky items like solar systems, batteries, panels, or inverters require special handling. Delivery for these items can be arranged based on your location—please contact us via phone, email, or the contact form for a personalized quote.

We offer a 30-day full refund or exchange policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging. While the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, we can arrange courier collection if needed.
